Let us know if your rostering platform isn't listed and we'll see what we can do!

Setting up your Rostering Platform

Steps:

  • Head to the left toolbar, and click Settings. Then scroll down to HR Platforms.

  • Select your relevant platform. You'll be automatically directed to their login screen.

  • Once you've logged into your account, you'll be connected and returned to Restoke.

Invite your team

One of the biggest benefits of connecting your rostering platform is that you'll be able to automatically invite your team to Restoke.

Steps:

  • Head to the left toolbar, and click My Team. Then scroll to more info > View.

  • From there, you'll have a list of Unmatched Users you can choose to invite to Restoke.

  • Once a user is invited to Restoke, and they are matched with your rostering platform, they'll appear as a Matched User. See 💡 Pro Tip #1.

    • If a user already exists in Restoke but has not yet been matched, look through the unmatched list to identify the user and then select the existing user from the dropdown then click "save match" to match.

See your operational data

Once your rostering platform is connected, we'll start populating your labor cost. To see this, just head to your left toolbar and click Dashboard > Overview and scroll down to Labor Cost. See 💡 Pro Tip #2.

💡 Pro Tip #1: To save time, you can choose to Bulk Invite users, which will send a Restoke invitation to all Unmatched users listed in your rostering platform.

💡 Pro Tip #2: In order to receive accurate labour cost data in Restoke, please ensure that each staff member in your workforce management platform has a defined salary. Once you submit their individual time sheets, the labour cost will populate on the dashboard as seen above.
