If you're a multi-site operator managing multiple venues, you will need an easy way to create and setup additional venues as you grow your operations on Restoke. Don't worry, we've got you covered!
We've made it super simple to create new venues from within your existing Restoke account, and if need be, you can easily copy information between venues to streamline your setup process:
Creating a new venue:
Head to top right corner, and click on your initials.
Then select create a new restaurant.
Follow the prompts to setup your new venue, including:
Entering your payment method; and
The name and address details of the new venue.
You will then be asked if you'd like to copy any information from the existing venue(s) into the new.
Select which venue you'd like to copy information from in the drop down.
This will bring all existing information into your new venue.
Please note: You can delete any unnecessary information from the new venue without impacting the existing.
Once all steps are completed, your new venue will now be created.
Switching between venues:
After you've added your new venue, you will now will be able to switch between all associated venues from the one login.
Head to the top right corner, click on your initials and then "switch restaurant".
A pop up will appear with all other venues.
Simply click the venue you'd like to view and it will switch you into it.
Please note: By default, when opening a new venue and copying information, Restoke only copies Administrator users across.
If there are users that require access to multiple venues, you will need to copy them over. Head to My Team, click the check box next to the users you'd like to copy and then bulk actions > bulk copy > select the venues.
